After working in the construction field for a few years as an Assistant Executive Engineer for the AP government, the passion for business and an unyielding drive for growth propelled me to start a retail clothing business, known as “DRESS CIRCLE”. The way a foundation is imperative for a structure to standstill, similarly, I have incorporated fundamental principles like quality, and unwavering commitment to customers for over 3 decades into business to ensure its steadfastness. I’ve always had a feeling that I haven’t made a substantial contribution to the industry that I was always passionate about. Now, the time has come, and I’ve been presented with an opportunity to start a construction business. “Information is not knowledge. The only source of knowledge is experience. You need the experience to gain wisdom”. With this wisdom, we intend to return prospective gains to our clients and the entire organisation.

The greatest thing in life is to keep your mind young.” To further his knowledge and gain expertise, Mr. Vamshidhar Reddy went on to pursue a Master’s in Construction Management. He always believed that an unwavering quest for quality and true-blue business ethics are the key for businesses to enhance customer satisfaction, build trust and establish a strong reputation in the industry. Imbibing all the competence and morale Mr. Vamshidhar Reddy took up the role of managing director at PGR, which is being meticulously nurtured by its founder Mr. Patil Gopal Reddy, who had educational & work experience in the construction field and 29 years of legacy and passion in the retail business. He wants to deliver contemporary design homes with the highest standards without any compromise in quality, integrity and navigate through the prevalent tough macro-economic conditions and embark PGR and all its clients on a path of accelerated growth.
